Allegheny Together

We are currently in our fourth year of the five year Allegheny Together Program. This program is working to re-vitalize our main streets, making downtown the place to be for businesses and residents alike. It’s a cooperative effort between Allegheny County and the Pittsburgh History & Landmarks Foundation, administered by Town Center Associates.

We have a Business District Advisory Committee (BDAC) that meets once a month.
Town Center, members of the BDAC, Boro Council and the Planning Commission have been working on
new zoning laws in Carnegie.

The business development arm is constantly trying to match potential new business owners with the best locations in town. Allegheny Together, at no cost to Carnegie business owners, lists all buildings for sale or lease on their website. We direct interested parties to the website and help them make the necessary contacts. Please go to www.downtownproperties.net for more information on what is for sale or lease in Carnegie.
